Flop of the Year – Watch Dogs

Watch Dogs just never managed to move the meter with gamers and it definitely never lived up to the hype that surrounded its announcement and release. Ubisoft had big plans for the title, but it just couldn’t compete with other well established open world franchises. GTA has nothing to worry about at this point.

Game of the Year – Dragon Age: Inquisition

It may only be one month old, but Bioware’s latest Dragon Age title has taken our game of the year award for 2014. It was huge, had a cool narrative, interesting characters, and the type of gameplay that can hook you quick like heroin. If it weren’t for its technical flaws it probably would have been a near perfect game.
