Massive and multiplayer
The storied Elder Scrolls franchise has been on the tip of every gaming fan’s tongue since the initial announcement of The Elder Scrolls Online. Taking the long-time tradition of single player role-playing experience that the ES series is known for and merging it into a massively multiplayer experience is no small task; however it seems that The Elder Scrolls Online is shaping up nicely.
Today brings a dozen new screenshots of the upcoming MMORPG to the masses, featuring combat and stunning scenery.
These new screenshots do a wonderful job of showing fans that despite taking a multiplayer approach, The Elder Scrolls Online still feels very –well – Elder Scrolls-y.
The entire batch of new screenshots can be found below. Look out for The Elder Scrolls Online to release for the PC and Mac on April 4, with a PlayStation 4 and Xbox One release shortly after in June.
