Animator Mashes the Nintendo-verse With Star Wars: The Force Awakens and It Owns

YouTube animator James Farr has released a fantastic mashup of various Nintendo characters in the Star Wars universe. Apparently he’s done this before for the original Star Wars trilogy, so the latest entry tackles The Force Awakens.

The animations are amazing and nostalgic, and having Nintendo characters in the world of Star Wars works surprisingly well. Whoever thought that Kid Icarus’ Pit could double as Poe Dameron, or Phanto from SMB 2 as Captain Phasma? Either way the mashup works extremely well, so check out the video above.
