Another Classic Final Fantasy Game is Headed to the PSN

Final Fantasy fans will be treated to another classic in the franchise with the release of Final Fantasy IX on the PS3 via the PSN.  Sony plans to release FFIX to its Playstation Network for download to your PS3, or PSP just like it has done for Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII.  In my opinion, these three Final Fantasy entries, which all debuted on the O.G. Playstation, are some of the best in the franchise.

I have fond memories of playing each one, and currently I’m playing FFVII again on my PSP thanks to Sony’s move to put these games on the Playstation Network.  If you’re down for some nostalgia, or want to play really good Japanese RPGs, I’d suggest hitting up these titles on your PS3.  Sony hasn’t announced a release date for Final Fantasy IX, but it should be in the near future.  You’ve been sent down memory lane…
