Artist Jeff Cole Creates Awesome Pop Culture Character and Nike Shoe Design Mashups

Jeff Cole

I just stumbled on a very cool Instagram page that is owned by a digital artist named Jeff Cole. Jeff takes various pop culture characters and creates Nike shoe designs based on their appearance. At the same time, he also re-envisions the character themselves to look like the shoes designed after them.

Apparently Mashable ran a story on his creations this Spring, so you can check out a video compilation of a few of his creations below. I’ve also selected my personal favorites from his IG page, which you can also check out after the break.

I’m not sure if I like the character designs better, or the shoe designs. They both look awesome and do appear that they’re meant to be as one. If anything else, I’d love to own a few pairs of the shoe creations, especially the Star Wars versions.

Make sure to check out Jeff Cole’s IG page to see all of his work, and give him a follow if you like what you see.
