Earlier today, the gameplay features of Assassin’s Creed Unity were detailed during Microsoft’s press event. Now, as Ubisoft takes the stage, the video game world is once more treated to new Unity news, as a few minutes of tremendous cinematics have been revealed.

Viewers are treated to a beautiful rendition of the French Revolution as turmoil rises and unrest rules. As tensions mount, the scene shifts from civil trouble to the intimidating sight that is four assassin’s standing watch on a rooftop.

Assassin’s Creed Unity looks to be the biggest, best and most immersive entry into the long-running series yet. Set to release for the PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One later this year, prepare to get down and dirty once more.
