The official working title is: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
According to multiple sources (story from Deadline linked here), the Man of Steel sequel, which had been previously referred to as Batman vs. Superman, now has an official working title that is nearly identical to what was being kicked around earlier by Warner Bros. The official title explicitly states what had been alluded to with the casting of Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), and Cyborg (Ray Fisher), that Batman vs. Superman would serve as a genesis to the upcoming Justice League movie.
The title is announced just as principal photography begins, with the movie scheduled to open May 6, 2016. Filming will take place in Detroit, Illinois, Africa, and the South Pacific as announced by Warner Bros. Dawn of Justice and the Justice League movie will be directed by Zack Snyder, who also directed the Superman reboot Man of Steel. DC and Warner Bros look to match the success of the other superhero team movie Marvel’s The Avengers, which grossed $1.5 billion and already has a sequel due out next year.
