In recent years, the number of bite-sized narrative driven indie games that have crash-landed on the scene has been HUGE. Beat Cop is a fairly popular one, taking place in the 80’s in New York, which as you may or may not know… was a pretty seedy time.

It’s the perfect setting for a small story with multiple endings that packs a punch, AND can be played on-the-go. It’s PERFECT for lunch breaks at work, bus rides, or enjoying your morning coffee, and you can try it for free!

Basically, everything in the world is pitted against you, you new boss is a prick, your wife is the devil, and the mafia wants to kill you. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode, when you throw in enough jokes and the occasional appearance of a portly mailman. Check it out on the Play store here and let us know if you plan to play it or have already enjoyed it on another system!
