Bloodstained: Ritual of The Night has some big shoes to fill since Curse of the Moon came out and pretty much blew a lot of minds. In a time where we haven’t really had a new, good Castlevania game in a while, Curse of The Moon proved to be a good balance of challenge and fun.

The game was around at PAX East this year, and although we didn’t get a chance to check it out, we do have some new screenshots! There’s nothing particularly exciting about what we’re seeing here, I don’t think, though I’m starting to wish I checked out the game while I was there. I’ve been looking forward to it for quite some time, as a big fan of the Castlevania series.

The particular area shown in the screenshots looks like some kind of big, spiraling tower. Reminds me a bit of the clocktower in Symphony of The Night, which is burned into my memory at this point. Check out the screenshots below and let us know if you’re excited for the game to release and if you’ve been following the development for long!
