Buddha-cast: Ep. 59 – “Getting Real with Video Game Rage and the Dangers of Throwing Things”

In the latest episode of the Buddhacast I took to the mic solo-style to discuss my personal issues with video game rage, which is something I’ve dealt with since the dawn of my love for gaming. I recount where my anger management issues with gaming took root, as well as my most recent violent episode that resulted in a very expensive trip to Best Buy.

While my story may seem funny, and I’ll admit I am an asshole and have cost myself tons of cash over my game rage, this issue is one that can have serious reprecussions for gamers that go above and beyond just losing money to replace the various pieces of hardware that have been damaged due to our hissy fits. Just remember that those around you think you’re a fucking lunatic and will never want to game with you, or hang with you if you continue to act like an animal when you get upset over a damn video game.

If you have tips for dealing with game rage please leave them in the comment section below, or I’ll smash you to pieces like a video game controller!
