Activision released a new trailer today that revealed the first dates for the private beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Playstation 4 gamers will get the first crack at the private beta this upcoming weekend, and then next weekend Xbox One gamers will be able to join the mix. PC players will have their own multiplayer beta, which will start on August 11. Although, since PC players can get in just with their Battle.net account, if they pre-order through that service they can play the beta a full day early.
There will also be a Blackout mode beta this September, which is a COD-take on the Battle Royale phenomenon that started with PUBG and his skyrocketed with Fortnite. More details on that beta will be released at a later date.
To get into these private betas you just need to pre-order the game from select retailers. If you pre-order digitally through the PS4 or Xbox One, you will automatically gain access to the beta.
