There wasn’t a whole lot related to Asgard in Avengers: Age of Ultron, save for a bathing vision scene by Thor that drove the women here on Earth crazy. While Thor’s inner mind saw what could become of Asgard, the upcoming Captain America: Civil War film will shed some more light on the subject, at least according to Jaimie Alexander:

“There’s a lot of great stuff they’ve peppered in through ‘Agents of SHIELD,’ [‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’], ‘Captain [America: Civil War’] will have some stuff,” Alexander confirmed. “There’s just all kind of Easter eggs and hunts, if you’re really paying attention. They’re so good at interweaving everything throughout those films.”

Alexander plays The Lady Sif, one of Thor’s closest Asgardian friends and a member of The Warriors Three. It has been confirmed that she will be a part of Thor: Ragnarok, and Sif will play a pivotal part of the film as it closes out the Thor trilogy.

Captain America: Civil War is scheduled for a May 6th release, while Thor: Ragnarok will be out November 3, 2017.
