Conventions are a dime to the dozen, some can turn out fantastic, while some can turn out awful and go terribly wrong (Dashcon anyone).

This year’s Connecticon fortunately was a success, as shown by the various attendees in all their wonderful attire doing their best to imitate the characters they represent in another fantastic cosplay video from beatdownboogie.

Throughout the video we are introduced to a host of people who show off all their hard work in the costume making department, as well as some who, well, they took part and had fun, which is ultimately what matters. You can expect to see Harley Quinn, Tyrion Lanister and a groovy Sir Patrick Stewart lookalike among other famous characters in the latest cosplay montage from the Beatdown Boogie squad.

Connecticon may have ended but do not despair! With Comic-con just around the corner, kicking off on July 24th, it is very unlikely people will turn up wearing normal clothing.

Check out the Connecticon page for more on the convention, and how to register for the huge group.
