Halo fans it’s time to empty your wallets and support your favorite franchise.  Bungie and Microsoft have announced that a Reach themed Xbox 360 will be released on September 14th.  The custom Xbox will come with a Haloish paint job, 2 Halo: Reach inspired controllers, a copy of the game, and possibly a matching wireless headset.  The guts of the Halo: Reach 360 will be identical to the new black 360 with a 250GB HDD, built-in WiFi, and a Kinect port.

In my opinion the best part about this package is that the Halo: Reach Xbox has custom Halo sounds instead of the stock noises that come with regular 360’s.  Instead of the bland tones that are used to turn on your console, or open the disc drive, there will be Spartan shield noises.  Gimmicky?  Yes, but I think fanboys will eat this thing up.  It really is a nice looking console.  As usual, good things come to those who wait and have $400, which is the cost of this Halo: Reach Bundle.  Check out some pics of the console below.  You’ve been tricked into buying another Xbox 360…
