Chewie Slaps a Porg and Phasma Speaks In Latest ‘The Last Jedi’ TV Spot

If you were thinking that Chewie may become King of the Porgs based on how he’s been framed with getting along with the tiny birds of Ahch-To, a new The Last Jedi TV spot may make you think otherwise. In the new 15-second “Back” spot for the film not only does Chewie backhand the hell out of a Porg while flying the Falcon, but we also get to hear Captain Phasma speak for the first time.

She says, “So good to have you back,” so clearly she will be speaking that line to Finn, who we know is going to get captured while going undercover at the First Order’s facility we’ve seen in the previously released trailers. Of course, the true shining moment from this TV spot is when Chewie just bitchslaps a Porg into next week for getting a little overexcited while riding in the Falcon.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15, 2017.
