As we get into the Summer months, many games have events based off of the hot season. Activision has a big one planned for the Call of Duty games, namely, Infinite Warfare, Modern Warfare Remastered and Black Ops III. The Activision “Days of Summer” kicks off with events in Infinite Warfare and Modern Warfare Remastered with five weeks of community events. This means the players will have access to themed maps, special play modes, new gear and weapon camos and even be entered in to win special giveaways.

This event will also take place for players on Black Ops III starting on July 11th. For Infinite Warfare the Turista map will be playable until August 1st. By logging into the game every Monday you will receive a summer themed supply drop. You will also receive two free gifts by logging in every Wednesday and Friday. There will also be some other summer themed objects added to the loot pool.

Players in Modern Warfare Remastered will have access to the Beach Bog map, which is a re-imagining of the Bog map. The Beachcomber Prop Hunt is a new mode that takes an old mode and gives it a summer twist. You will also receive a new supply drop each week if you log in during this time period. There will also be summer themed items added to the loot pool for this game as well. Finally, Black Ops III players, starting July 11th, will have access to Skyjacked, Gauntlet, Rise and Splash maps during the duration. You could probably guess, but there will also be some summer themed items added to the game as well!

Get out your suntan lotion and beach towels because the heat is about to turn up in these Call of Duty franchises!
