Dishonored 2 Finally Confirmed, Looks Absolutely Amazing

Earlier this evening, during Bethesda’s E3 conference, Dishonored 2 was finally confirmed. After years of speculation and anticipation, Arkane Studios took the showroom floor, publically confirming the sequel to Dishonored.

Accompanying Dishonored 2’s announcement is a first-look trailer.

The trailer, seen above, is everything a Dishonored fan could ask for. Thrilling throughout, the Dishonored 2 announcement trailer showcases an astounding art direction and a badass new protagonist — Dishonored’s Emily Kaldwin.

According to Arkhane, Emily will be a fully playable character, alongside Corvo. In signature Dishonored fashion, players will be able to progress through the game however they please, utilizing stealth, lethal force, or a combination of both.

Arkane finished the Dishonored 2 reveal by saying that there will be plenty more to see in the future and that Dishonored: Definitive Edition will be headed to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.

Dishonored 2 will release on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
