Divinity: Original Sin 2 is in the middle of a successful Kickstarter campaign. Developer Larian Studios have seen a massive influx of funding, pushing Original Sin 2 well past its initial goal. Because of this ever-increasing amount, the studio has implemented a number of interesting stretch goals to the campaign.
Only a few days after announcing the additional stretch goals, Divinity: Original Sin 2 smashed passed the $1,200,000 mark, earning the game a fifth playable race: The Undead.
Fantasy fans — and video game lovers in general — have a longstanding love affair with all things skeletal. Knowing that Divinity: Original Sin 2 will let gamers role-play as the undead dude (or dudette) they have always wanted to be is what RPGs are all about.
This bone’s for you, Larian.
