Double Fine’s The Cave Headed to iPad, Screenshots Revealed

Tim Schafer’s Double Fine studio has always had a knack for creating unique, charming video games. With a library of games more diverse than virtually anyone else in the industry, hearing any news from the Double Fine camp is always a great way to start the day.

While Double Fine is currently hard at work on Broken Age and Massive Chalice, the San Francisco based developers haven’t forgotten about their dedication towards making their games playable by everyone.

Today, Double Fine has announced that their popular puzzle/platformer, The Cave, will make its way to the iPad, thanks to a publishing partnership deal with Sega.

In celebration of the announcement, Double Fine released a handful of The Cave screenshots for the iPad, check out the gallery below for the tablet-based goodness.
