Droid X Owners Being Asked to Participate in a Secret Motorola Program

I used to be a proud Droid X owner, and still have one in the family now that I’ve passed it on to my wife, so news that Motorola is asking Droid X users to join a secret program has me intrigued.  Recently the company has had to deal with leaked versions of Android 2.3 for the X, so this may be an effort to get its users on board for the official launch of Gingerbread for the Droid X.  Either way, if you still rock a Droid X I’d head on over to their official forum to get in on this top secret project.  A copy of the email that is being sent out is listed below.

Dear Motorola Owners’ Forums member,

We are preparing a project for Droid X owners and would like to invite you to take part. We are now opening the project for registration.

Please click this link to take a short enrollment survey if you are interested. Please note that this is a confidential project under the terms of the Motorola Feedback Network. Do not post any details or information about this project on any public sites.

At this time, there are few details to share, but if you register we’ll provide more information. If you have any questions, please e-mail me here.

Thanks again, and we hope to be in contact with you soon.
