CBMTrailers has uploaded a new extended trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron, which features new scenes and narratives from the movie’s antagonist.

In this trailer, a battered Ultron explains his understanding of peace, and that the only way to achieve peace is to eliminate the human race. The combination of Ultron’s condition and the look on the Avengers’ faces makes one question that perhaps the Avengers thought they had shut him down. Nervous glances, fist clenching and gun cocking make for a tense scene as Ultron’s soldiers burst through the walls. If the Avengers had “defeated” him prior to this scene, it begs the questions of Ultron’s survival and how he became self-aware. It’s all leading up to what should be a fantastic and exciting film.

Be sure to check back for updates regarding AAoU due out May 2015.
