Facebook’s Marvel: Avengers Alliance Gets a Trailer

Marvel has partnered with Facebook in what is most certainly preparation for the upcoming Avengers movie to provided a web game based on the S.H.I.E.L.D. stable of superheroes, and their rival villains.  Marvel: Avengers Alliance will require you to use your Facebook account to play, so get ready for an influx of annoying posts in your news feed from this game, which will surely be popular with the comic book crowd.

A new trailer for the game has been released, but it doesn’t feature actual gameplay.  If you look at the screenshot M:AA almost seems to be some sort of turn based RPG, but I’m not positive which gaming genre it’ll eventually fall in.  Alliance should be available within the next month or so, but if you want up to the minute news on it you’ll have to “Like” it on Facebook here.  Check out its trailer below!  You’ve been amazed at what Facebook has turned into…
