I’ve gone on record on our Star Wars Podcast that the world needs at least one standalone Darth Vader Star Wars Story, and now thanks to a fan made trailer for one, my point has been validated.
Alex Luthor has taken clips from various Star Wars properties that span the films and video games that have fleshed out this amazing sci-fi world for the past 40 years, and by stitching them together along with clips from other movies he’s made a pretty great Vader: A Star Wars Story trailer. Who wouldn’t want to delve into the mind of the most iconic villain in cinema? I would give up an arm to see what Vader felt and did after Revenge of the Sith, up until Rogue One. I think there are so many stories to tell from Vader’s perspective, and of course seeing him in action would be the cherry on top thanks to the glimpse of his battle prowess we saw at the end of Rogue One.
