Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon in Real Life Courtesy of Corridor Digital

Last week Ubisoft officially confirmed Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon with a trailer that looked like it was straight out of the 80’s and high on acid. It is an actual game that will be playable via digital download on May 1st for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC platforms. The Blood Dragon project has taken on a life of its own, and fans of the cyberpunk neon infused game world have taken their love of this odd project to the next level.

The team over at CorridorDigital has created a fully realized short based on Blood Dragon to promote this insane title, and as usual their work is impeccable. They used more neon and glowing lights than an 80’s roller-skating rink to give “The Cyber War” an authentic feel, and it truly does capture the essence of what Ubisoft has shown off in regards to Fary Cry 3: Blood Dragon. I’m not sure if Ubisoft hired these guys to make this short, or if they came up with it on their own, but just like a majority of their work, this gaming in real life bit is top-notch.

You can check it their hard work out after the break. Just make sure you have a few black lights turned on and some glow sticks before doing so. Trust me, it’ll help set the mood. You’ve been wondering what kinds of drugs the developers were on when they came up with this concept…
