First Man of Steel 2 Filming Footage Features a Football Game
Zack Snyder and his film crew were in L.A. this week to shoot the rumored first scene for Batman vs. Superman, or Man of Steel 2, or whatever the hell you want to call it. The scene involves a football game between Gotham City University and its rival Metropolis University taking place on Gotham City’s home field.
A YouTuber who goes by SadPuppyProductions on the video sharing service captured footage of this scene taking place, which includes shots of Zack Snyder doing his thing, and his minions directing the crowd of extras into place. The actual filming of the scene to be used doesn’t come into play until the 3:30 mark in the vid, but the content that leads up to it is still interesting for film junkies looking to get a behind the curtain type of look at Snyder’s superhero laden sequel.
Head on down past the break to check it out for yourself as there aren’t really any spoilers to avoid. None of the film’s mega-stars are in attendance, and it just features hordes of extras cheering on a team of fake football players, so nothing major is being exposed in the clip.
