First Set Pics and Videos Begin to Leak out of Jon Favreau’s Live-action Star Wars TV Show

A series of leaked set photos and videos from Jon Favreau’s live-action Star Wars TV show have hit the Internet courtesy of Jason Ward over at Making Star Wars, and they look like a familiar Star Wars location. To me, this set looks to be of a city on Tatooine, but we know of another desert planet in the Star Wars universe that has some importance to the overall story in Jakku. I’m thinking it could be either desert planet, as both would make sense to use in this live-action TV show, which is supposed to take place three years after the events of Return of the Jedi.

A few rumors have hinted that this show will zero in on Mandalorians and how they’re dealing with the fall of the Empire, which honestly makes sense considering Favreau’s connection to them from his work on The Clone Wars. I’d be down for a show like that, but in reality I’m down for anything Star Wars, so hopefully we will get at least a title and some casting details in the coming weeks. Those reveals can’t be that far away considering the production is underway, so stay tuned for more details.

In addition to the shots below, you can check out more set pics over on Making Star Wars.
