FL337 was available to play at PAX East, and although it wasn’t on my agenda for interviews, I did make a point to stop by and play it before I left. It’s not an overly complex game, nothing super special, no ground-breaking features or anything, but it offers an honestly difficult gaming experience.

The game requires knowledge of enemy patterns and movements, knowing when to strike and when to block, when to shoot, and when to get the hell out of the way. Apparently, I was one of the only people that beat the demo that day, though it did take a little time as I nervously tried to avoid getting hit while people watched. The couple of levels I played weren’t super heavy with any really cool enemies or anything special, but I’m sure with a full game, there will be lots more and it could be really impressive!

The game is now on Steam Greenlight and you can go and check it out and give it a thumbs up if you’d like to see it come to light!
