Full Captain America Trailer Debuts, Uses Some Benjamin Button Magic

I would like to credit @mygeektime for the Ben Button description, but it really is the best way to explain the movie magic that is being used in ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’.  As you’ll see in this newest trailer the actor (Chris Evans) playing the Captain is transformed into a weakling via the same techniques that were used to make Brad Pitt look like some old geezer in ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’.  I appreciate this use of CGI and it fits well within the plot of a Captain America movie.  Who really wants to see some tiny actor enter the Super Soldier pod only to have a different actor who is all jacked up emerge?

The other thing I noticed while watching this full length trailer for CA is the inclusion of Mr. Stark.  I’m guessing this is Tony’s Dad, but I’d appreciate some clarifications in the comment section below.  Again, I love super heroes, comics, and anything geeky, but I find myself lacking knowledge in the comic book front.  I’m guessing Mr. Stark was a major player in the Super Soldier program, and therefore was later involved in S.H.I.E.L.D., hence Nick Fury’s push to get Tony Stark (Stark’s son) on board with The Avengers.  Am I close?  Anyway, check out the newest ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ trailer below.  You’ve been wishing you could get jacked up by entering a super duper pod…
