I’m starting to think that Funko wants me to go broke, because the vinyl toy making company has unveiled three new Funko Pop dolls that I will undoubtedly be adding to my collection, well, at least two of them.
Two of the new Funko Pops come from the Marvel universe–one from the TV side, one from the movies side–that both kick ass, although one is becoming a bit overplayed at this point. The figures are a Holiday Dancing Baby Groot, and a Phil Coulson with Lola vehicle combo from the Agents of SHIELD TV show. How can you not instantly fall in love with the Coulson/Lola bundle? It’s amazing, and will surely grace my collection this October.
The Baby Groot on the other hand is cool and all, but this is the third or fourth version of the same doll, which probably won’t stop me from buying one, but the gimmick is getting a bit old at this point.
The other new Funko Pop is the Phantom, and it will release in September around the same time as the Dancing Baby Groot. You can check out the three new Funko Pop dolls after the break. You can pre-order them if you click on their images.
