505 Games has released the launch trailer for their new motion controlled exercise game, Adidas micoach, which will be out next week for both the Xbox 360 Kinect and PS3 Move.  This is Adidas’ answer to the whole Nike+ Fuel revolution that their main competitor launched way back in 2006.  micoach will incorporate over 400 different exercises that will all feature famous Adidas athletes (Dwight Howard will show you how to not get traded in the NBA) helping to get your fat gamer a*s into shape.

If you have the proper gear from Adidas it’ll also sync your workout stats to be shared online.  Check out the launch trailer below to see if this is an exercise game that will motivate you to put the controllers down and get motile while gaming.  You’ve been needing to lose weight for the sake of your gaming habit…
