Gaming Roundup: July PS Plus Free Games, Halo 5 Firefight, Inside Launches, and More

It’s time once again to put the day’s gaming news to bed in one easy to follow and read roundup post. You’ll find no filler, just the facts and videos to watch, because we all know most of us gamers don’t really read words anyway. Head on down below to get up to date one what the gaming industry is up to today.

The biggest news of the day is Sony revealing the July PS+ free games, which are Furi and Saints Row: Gat out of Hell. Furi is a brand new title, so it makes for a very nice free game to pick up, and it’s pretty awesome to boot. You can see both games in action via the trailer below.

Sticking with the PlayStation 4, Sony also revealed that the Paragon Starter Pack will also be free for PS+ members in July.

It’s starting to feel like a Sony dominated game news day, because the next video released is for Uncharted 4’s new DLC, which is now available. You can check it out below.

Hey guess what? More Sony gaming news! Fans eager for Detroit: Become Human can watch an interview with David Cage, who runs Quantic Dreams. Listen in below.

Time for Microsoft to get into the mix! A trailer for the new Firefight mode for Halo 5 is available to watch below, and the new mode is now available in the game for free. Halo 5 now has twice the amount of multiplayer content since launch, and all of it is free, so 343 is killing it with the game’s post-release support.

Finally, Inside is now available for the Xbox One, and based on reviews it’s this summer’s surprise hit, so give its launch trailer a watch below to see if it tickles your fancy.
