Geek Art: Star Wars Characters Zombified and Rotted

Zombies have become a staple in our pop culture no thanks to the popularity of The Walking Dead TV series. These days it’s not odd to see other pop culture items getting zombified due in part to the resurgent popularity of the undead. Albert F. Montoya is an artist who has created some decrepit and gruesome Star Wars zombie art, which just goes to show that no property is safe from the zombie craze.

Any fan of zombies and Star Wars will surely appreciate the awesome images he has created. Montoya zombified the likes of Admiral Ackbar, Wicket, a taun-taun, and even the Dark Lord of the Sith himself – Darth Vader. You’ll see that Albert’s images are not just bloodied up corpses, they are straight up decomposed bodies with all sorts of rottenness going on.

Head on down below to check out the images and if you want to see more of his work definitely check out his page.
