Larry Hryb, Xbox Live’s Major Nelson, helps us get acquainted with the new features being added in the creative update–an update pandering to all of the Windows PC gamers.

These features include Beam, Microsoft’s new streaming platform, which has less than a second of delay, making it possible for you to interact with viewers in real time. Game Bar, Windows’ pop-up menu bar for everything game-related, is now available in full screen mode for over 80 popular titles, and the settings for that and anything else game-related have their own tab in the settings menu. Alongside that is Game Mode, which optimizes system resources to give you the best gaming experience possible on your PC, and this mode works on existing and new games!
