Do you have any of your old SNES or Genesis cartridges laying around?  If you do and your old consoles are toast but you want to still play them, there is a solution for you.  The Retrode is a device that you can plug your cartridges into, and then it will convert the games to ROMs that you can play on a PC or Mac with emulation software.  It’s probably illegal as hell, but pretty cool for first generation gamers.

If you want to pick one up head on over to StoneAgeGamer.  It’ll only set you back a Benjamin, so it’s not too costly.  I think it just hooks up to your PC via USB and the deed will be done.  It’s time to get Rommed up!

You’ve been enlightened…
