Ghost Recon: Wildlands has Corrupt Priests and Bolivian Cartels

Ubisoft kicked off their E3 2016 press conference with a long look at Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

Currently scheduled to release on March 7, 2017, the Ghost Recon title takes players to Bolivia. Of course, it’s no vacation, as the player’s mission is to take down the Santa Blanca Cartel. The crime outfit seems to be pretty entrenched, as Wildland’s cinematic trailer is steeped in political and religious corruption, drugs, and bad guys with lots of guns.

In addition to Wildlands’ cinematic trailer, Ubisoft demoed some of Ghost Recon’s gameplay. The gameplay video — embedded below — features a ton of different elements, ranging from long-ranged recon to hard-hitting headshots. The video also shows some helicopter-based gameplay, which provides ample opportunities to show off the game’s impressive visuals and airborne combat.

Stay tuned for more Ghost Recon: Wildlands information as E3 progresses.
