Girl Geeks Check Out These Awesome Death Star and NES Custom Skirts

Etsy designer Ashley Mertz has created some very rad skirts that would look perfect in a geeky girls closet, or slightly odd in a boys closet, but no one is judging your personal preferences when it comes to cross dressing here.  She has a few designs on display, but the one that really caught my attention, and motivated me to write about her wares is the Death Star skirt.  Yes the all powerful space station from Star Wars can now be worn as a piece of fashion.

If Star Wars isn’t your thing but you love gaming you’ll more than likely appreciate her NES controller skirt print as well.  If you want to own any of these items I urge you to head on over to Mertz’s Etsy store GoChaseRabbits.  You can also check out her other prints while you’re there, because she’s got some other geekified items for sale like an Oscar the Grouch dress.  Who knew a hater in a trash can could be so stylish to wear?  You’ve been thinking these could be trend setters in the geek community…

I smashed of few of these in my younger days, damn you Batman for NES!
