Hasbro’s Star Wars 40th Anniversary Figures Team Up With Kenner’s Originals In a Stop Motion Short

Hasbro is honoring the 40th anniversary of Star Wars this year by releasing special carded versions of its Black Series line, which feature characters from Kenner’s original line of figures for the first Star Wars. Now these new figures are way more detailed than the 1977 versions, but their awesome carded packagings are just too nostalgic to pick up.

Anyway, back to the point of this post, which is to watch an awesome stop motion video featuring the old figures teaming up with the new versions to take on the Empire’s own old and new figures. It’s a fantastic stop motion short, so head on up above to check it out.
