The crazy controversial mindless killing game Hatred was pulled from Steam Greenlight yesterday following a decision from Valve. However, since then, the developers at Destructive Creations have been issued a letter from the head honcho himself Gabe Newell apologizing for the removal of the game.

Despite being offensive and as some might say overly violent, this is still a massive win for consumers and shows that free choice is as important as ever. Especially when you consider that Hatred is currently sat at the #1 spot on Steam Greenlight. Congratulations to Destructive Creations on reaching the #1 spot so quickly.

No matter your feelings towards Hatred, it is great to see Valve showing serious consideration, specifically Gabe Newell.
