How to Unlock and Use Batman Skins Before Beating Arkham City

Rocksteady is feeling the Holiday cheer and spreading it by offering a free skin for Batman to use in Arkham City (should be available tomorrow 12.21 on XBL, PSN, and PC), as well as a special code to enable the use of Batman skins without having to beat the game. Up until now the only way to use one of Batman’s DLC based skins required gamers to beat the campaign first, which kind of stunk considering how awesome some of the skins are. Luckily, Rocksteady created a code that can be entered at the main screen to unlock all of Batman’s skins for use regardless of the campaign being completed or not. To unlock this feature go to the main menu and select your game save, and then input the following button presses:

left, left, down, down, left, left, right, up, up, down

Once that code is entered all of the downloaded skins you have for Batman should now be available for use even if you haven’t beaten the game yet. Pretty good deal right? Too bad it took this long to provide this feature, but I ain’t gonna hate on Rocksteady because their Batman game is easily one of the best of 2011. Keep an eye out for the free Batman skin, which should be hitting your platform of choice tomorrow, 12.21.
