Interesting Documentary on the Live Action He-Man Movie

In 1987 a live action He-Man movie was released called Masters of the Universe, and as a fledgling geek I have fond memories of this film.  Twenty five years later some of the film’s creators tried to get a special DVD version of the movie released, but their plans were eventually squashed.  Luckily, a small documentary that was going to be included in this failed DVD release has made its way to the Internet.  It clocks in at about 11 minutes and details the trials and tribulations that the Masters of the Universe cast and crew went through while filming it back in the mid-80’s.

If you grew up in the era and played with He-Man figures, then you owe it to your inner child to check this new documentary out after the break.  I’ve also included the full movie, which has been posted to YouTube by someone who obviously doesn’t believe in copyright protection.  You’ve been thinking you’d love to see this movie as an adult…
