Irony Anyone? Segway Chief Dies in Scooter Crash

This has to be one of the most ironic deaths of all-time.  Jimi Heselden, the owner of Segway, died at his estate after rolling his scooter over a cliff and into the River Wharfe.  Jimi isn’t the creator of Segway, but he did own the company after buying it in 2009.  How will Segway try and spin this one?  I mean their leader died using one!  That’s going to be hard to paint as an unfortunate accident.

You’ve had CEO’s take down companies because of shady financial trickery, but I don’t know if I’ve ever heard of one taking down a company by using its own products.  How ironic is this guy’s unfortunate demise?  Life really is cruel!  You’ve been wanting to ride a Segway until the company’s owner died on one…
