Latest Titanfall 2 Development Video Zeroes in on the Game’s Dedicated Servers

Respawn has released the second “Inside Development” video for Titanfall 2 and it covers how the game will utilize dedicated servers. Unlike the original, which was a MS platform exclusive that used the Azure service for its servers, Titanfall 2 will use Google and Amazon data centers and services as well.

This will ensure the game’s launch isn’t a clusterfuck of disconnects and long wait times for getting into a match this October 28th. The new server setup will be tested in the game’s upcoming multiplayer technical test, which should give Respawn a much better idea of how many more servers will be needed to support the game’s full launch.
