I’m digging deep for something to riff on today, because there isn’t much going on that I deem Buddhable.  Through some random searching on CollegeHumor.com I came across the video clip below.  It’s not really a video, but rather a Windows 98/XP mash-up that uses error tones from both of the operating systems to make some beats.  I found it to be quite impressive, and it did make me laugh – a little.

For anyone that has been using a PC their whole life, the tones you hear will probably bring back a bad memory of some random BS that Windows has done to you.  One thing Windows is known for is breaking, so we’ve all heard one of these beeps, or have been blessed with the blue screen of death at least once in our lives.  If you’ve been burned by Windows before just sit back, queue up this track, and reflect on the quirkiness of the World’s favorite OS.  I can’t wait to download this to my iTouch and add it to my workout playlist.  You’ve been STOP – 000000xxxx BAD MEM ERROR…
