Marvel Partners with Funko for Marvel Collector Corps Subscription Service

Marvel and Funko have teamed up to offer fans the chance to get their hands on exclusive Marvel branded collectibles via a subscription service called Marvel Collector Corps.

1095344070433424679The Collector Corps is similar to Loot Crate, but rather than featuring multiple geeky brands and franchises in a mystery box, the Corps will feature one of a kind Marvel collectibles. The first subscription box will be available this April, and it will be loaded with exclusive Avengers: Age of Ultron collectibles, with one being the recently revealed Hulkbuster Funko Pop! vinyl doll. Apparently this bad boy is exclusive to the service, so you can bet your ass that I’ll be signing up shortly after this post goes live.

The Marvel Collector Corps subscription service will follow a bi-monthly shipping schedule, so the second planned box will ship in time for Ant-Man this June. The boxes will contain collectibles that relate to both the Marvel movie and comic book universes, and subscriptions cost $25, or you could go all in and opt for the Founder’s Program, which will net you one exclusive collectible a year, as well as your very own Founders statue.

To get signed up you can head over to the official Marvel Collectors Corps website. A breakdown of the two plans is listed below, and it appears that International shipping will be possible, but according to the site it’s not available at this time.
