Back in July Marvel offered up a highly collectible box set of the Marvel Phase 1 films, which began with the original Iron Man, and concluded in The Avengers.  Thousands of fans pre-ordered this box set due to it’s awesome movie inspired briefcase container, but they were let down when a German luggage company put a stop to the sale of the box set due to similarities to one of their own offerings.  Fans were left in the dark as to when a replacement Marvel Phase 1 box set would be released, but it seems like that wait is finally over.

Earlier today I received a confirmation from Amazon that the box set is finally shipping, and it seems that most of the content remain the same to the original offering.  If you never cancelled your original order with Amazon then you should be receiving your box set by the end of this week.  If you cancelled and want to get back in on the action then you should head on over to this link to order the bundle of Marvel movie goodness.

While you wait for your collectible you can check out a sample of the bonus content included in the box set, which Marvel released earlier today.  I’ve embedded it for you after the break.  It’s a small look at the plans of Marvel Phase 2, which kicks off with Iron Man 3 on May 3rd.  You’ve been wondering if you should buy this box set, and I can tell you that the answer is yes…

Order yours today!
