Mass Effect Characters in Chibi Form Would Make Great Collectibles
The term “Chibi” is Japanese slang for “small child”, or “short person”, but it’s mainly used in the west to describe the super deformed art style of shrinking characters and giving them large heads. We-Chibi on DeviantART has created a fantastic line of geek art that depicts the characters of Bioware’s Mass Effect as badass looking little Chibi people, and if they were ever to be made into a toy line, fans of the series would surely buy them in droves.
Each character is remade using the iconic looking super deformed art style by giving them overly large heads placed upon shrunken diminutive bodies. The finished pieces are amazing to behold, and you can check them all out after the break. We-Chibi hasn’t captured all of Shepard’s companions, but a large chunk of the cast from all three games are present.
Some of my personal favorites are the Legion, Garrus, and Jack pieces, but each character is worth checking out, so head on down below to see this fabulous line of geek art prints recasting the characters of Mass Effect as adorable looking Chibi characters.
