If you never played Metal Gear Online before way back in the PlayStation 3 days, then you truly missed out. Metal Gear Online was a fantastic and addicting experience that catered to a very specific audience of hardcore stealth fans. In the end it had a small but dedicated fan base that managed to keep it pushing onward before its shutdown after a fair few years of service.

With the inclusion of gorgeous new graphics and brand spanking new gadgets, the new Metal Gear Online is sure to please fans both old and new. The gameplay trailer above shows us parts of an exciting match where teamplay is key and careful planning is a necessity.

The new Metal Gear Online debuts simultaneously with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC in 2015. Expect to hear lots more on both titles in the months leading to their release.
