Season four of The Walking Dead has been more character driven than anything else. Most of the early episodes felt a little dragged out, but that wasn’t the case for the mid-season finale. Even with all of the action and gore, the episode may have left you wanting more. Some of us wanted to see a more gruesome death for The Governor and less separation of the group (again), but overall season four’s mid-season finale was a bang up effort.
The return of The Walking Dead is nigh, so AMC released a new teaser to get you ready for the event. Not much is given away in the teaser, but the cover of Creedence Clearwater Revival’s “Bad Moon Rising” gives an eerie glimpse into what’s to come for Rick and the gang.
He and Carl are on their own, which will be familiar to those who have read the comic book. Michonne is alone and looking more fierce than ever before, so maybe that means we’ll get to see more of the Michonne from the comic. We don’t know what’s in store for Daryl, Beth, or the rest of the group, but I can’t say that it looks good based on the footage below. Head on down to check the teaser out for yourself.
The Walking Dead returns to AMC on February 9th.
