Thanks to a new trailer it now appears that Mortal Kombat X is headed to touchscreen devices in a similar fashion to what the Injustice series did a few years ago. The trailer promises to bring an engaging, cinematic experience to mobile devices complete with dynamic gameplay.

A release date and price haven’t been unveiled yet, but there’s a great chance it’ll be free-to-play. You can get an idea of what Mortal Kombat X will look like in touchscreen form above.

Mortal Kombat X is set to hit the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC on April 14, 2015.
