I’m going to go out on a limb and make a claim that everyone has had a thumb wrestling match at least once in their lives, but I wonder how many of these digit grapplers have what it takes to become a Taekwondo finger fighter? Yes, a Taekwondo finger fighter! What? You’ve never heard of this Korean past time? Don’t worry, I think it’s safe to say that everyone not living in Korea has never seen a Taekwondo finger fight, but that’s about to change today. I stumbled across a a video of one of these martial arts finger fighters doing a warm up, and I have to say that it’s one of the coolest retarded things I’ve ever seen.

Although, after watching this peculiar use of the hands I did try to make my own Taekwondo finger fighter, but I failed miserably. I can’t seem to get my pinkie finger to respond to my brain waves while in a fighting stance, which is also why I’ll never be able to do the Spock live long and prosper gesture. I guess I’m going to have to stick to boring old thumb matches, because my pinky finger is a permanent passenger on the short bus.
